No. All prices on the site are indicative starting points. Your final price depends on travel dates, availability, hotel tier, transport mode and group size, and is confirmed by a travel expert.

Can I book online right now?

Not yet. MagicMiles is enquiry-first in this release: you send your details, we confirm availability and pricing, and only then is anything booked. Online payments are on the roadmap.

What does door-to-door travel mean?

It means your journey is planned from your home rather than from a fixed boarding point — local pickup, main transport, destination logistics and the return, coordinated together. Today we do this manually for our curated departures.

Each trip page lists the transport modes we plan for that journey, along with a transport note. Train, flight or road can often be swapped — tell us your preference in the planner or your enquiry and we confirm the exact arrangement in your quote.

Meals differ per journey and are listed on every trip page. For the Banaras Experience, breakfast is included, lunch is not included, and dinner is included as per the itinerary.

What hotel category do you use?

Every trip shows its base hotel category and the tiers available. Upgrades are possible on most journeys and are priced in your final quote.

How do you handle safety on a trip?

Journeys are run with vetted local operators and a local guide where the trip page says one is included. Your travel expert shares the on-ground contact details before departure. We do not make guarantees beyond what is written on the trip page.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Because MagicMiles is enquiry-first and takes no online payment, an enquiry never creates a booking and can be withdrawn at any time. Once a trip is confirmed, the cancellation terms for that specific departure are shared in writing before you commit.
